A quick growing evergreen hedge, Prunus laurocerasus Caucasica is similar to common Laurel but has a distinctly more upright habit. Caucasian Laurel suits the gardener who likes the reliability of common Laurel but has either less space or wishes to keep their hedge narrower. The leaves are generally a darker green and it will take the shade that all Laurels will.Quick, tough and easy to grow in free draining soil.
