Delivery and Collections Information

We offer delivery services throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.

• Order Dispatch: Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days and typically arrive within 7 working days. We are available to discuss delivery options that best suit your needs.

1. Pallet Shipping

• Large Items: Orders containing large items will be shipped in custom-made wooden crates to ensure they arrive safely.
• Delivery Time: Standard pallet shipping takes 5-10 working days unless otherwise agreed.
• Free Delivery: Orders over €300 qualify for free delivery nationwide.

2. Nationwide Delivery with Our Transport

• Bulky Orders: For items like trees, large hedging, ceramics, and garden furniture, we use our own transport system to ensure safe delivery during certain times of the year.
• Free Delivery: Orders over €300 are eligible for free nationwide delivery.

3. Smaller Orders

• Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, with An Post delivery within 3-5 working days.

4. Collections

• Pick-Up Hours: Collections are available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 5 PM. You can collect any purchased items during these hours.

Returns Policy

For returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs. This does not affect your consumer rights.
