Apple Tree "Beauty of Bath"

An old, very early dessert apple which is very widely grown in Ireland. Apple ‘Beauty of Bath’ produces slightly flattened, medium-sized, pale greenish-yellow fruit striped with red, juicy and with a good sharp flavour, the last to ripen being sweeter. The flesh is cream-coloured, often with a pink stain, with a good balance of sweet and acid.
